WELCOME HOME Changing the perception of property auction

BINDING BIDS & ONLINE AUCTION PLATFORM

In addition to the normal method of sale (private treaty), we offer a binding bids & online auction platform for residential, commercial & land sales. This platform is attractive to vendors who would like to sell their property within a reasonable timeframe and via a secure method of sale. All sales are on a NO SALE, NO FEE basis and are suitable for both cash and mortgage buyers.

Generally properties are marketed for a 4-6 weeks period. The legal pack is made available usually within the first 2 weeks and from there, interested parties can review the legals and place bids throughout the process. The vendor may decide to accept a bid earlier or proceed to one of the auction dates. On the day of auction the bidding window will be opened for a 30 minute period and interested parties can register to bid on their property of interest.

We offer a free no-obligation valuation to establish a realistic value for your property in the current market. Whether you are interested in the binding bids process or one of our online auctions, please contact us today to discuss your requirements.

This simple way to buy a house is a breath of fresh air. We could not recommend highly enough. 28 days start to finish!
